We will make sure the residence is clean and maintained prior to your move in We provide 24/7 service for emergencies We provide 24 hour response for serious issues but non-emergency problems We provide 7 day response for non-serious issues. We take rent payments via cash, money order, check, credit card* and Paypal*

For Tenants

We require a 1 year lease on most properties.

Approval Process

After you fill in the appropriate online application and provide the necessary documentation we begin the screening process

Our screening process includes the following:

  • Criminal background check
  • Credit check
  • Employment verification
  • Previous rental history check
  • We will need a copy of your government issued identification
  • We will need a copy of your last two paystubs
  • If you renting under the section 8 program we will need a copy of your voucher
Once you have been approved we require ½ of the security deposit to hold the property until the 1st of the next month. Prior to move in the remainder of the security deposit is due along with the first months rent.
